WISY Floating suction filter

A floating sution ensures that the best quality water is maintained in your rainwater staorage system at all times. While the slow inflow at the bottom introduces the oxygen rich water to the bottom of the tank, the floating suction pulls the old water from the top. The floating suction has a 2mm screen that prevent any object that might accidentally enter the tank from entering the suction line and damaging your rainwater pump. The floating suction is connected to your rainwater supply pump. When the pump activates it withdraws the water just below the surface of the water in the rainwater tank. Technically it is the oldest water that you want to use first.

The floating suction can be connected to either a submersible or an external rainwater supply pump.

The large surface area of the floating suction filter ensures free, unhindered inflow of water so that the pump can operate with optimum efficiency. The rounded hose nozzle with its flared collar ensures reliable operation and secure attachment of the hose even when the floating filter frequently shifts position with the water level in the tank
